This year at the national conference our chapter won:

Faculty vs. Students Basketball Game

• April 12th 
• 6:30p.m
• McAfee
• Need student volunteers to play or work the event
• Admission is $2.
• Members will receive 1 point for attending.
• Faculty playing include: Dr. Boggs, Dr. Flemming, Dr. Lach, Dr. Chahyadi, Dr. Grünhagen, Dr. Flight, and Mr. Mcgrady.

Blood Drives

• Monday April 18th 1-7 Union Ballroom
• Partnering with Lakeview College of Nursing, to collect lifesaving blood donations and register individuals for Be The Match Registry

• Wednesday April 27th 12-6:30 Andrews Basement

• 1 pt. for each hour you volunteer and 2 pts for donating

Upcoming Community Service

• Relay for Life Friday April 15-16th at the Panther Trail

• Panther Service Day- Saturday, April 16th 11:30-4pm
• Elderly Care/ Support: visit local nursing homes and retirement communities, play bingo and do arts and crafts with residents

Speaker: Cyndi Mckinney from Insights Inc. (Strategic Planning & Market Research)

Cyndi will be discussing the role of Market Research for Insights Inc. establishing client relationships, as well as her day to day duties.

Guest Speaker

The American Marketing Association will be sponsoring a guest speaker on April 5 at 6:30 PM in Lumpkin Hall 2041.  Patty Peterson from Sarah Bush Lincoln Health will be discussing strategic marketing, which combines aligning marketing/PR with the organization's mission and goals, measuring return on investment, and marketing through story telling.

Attire is casual and all majors are welcome.
